National Mass Catering Chef Competition

9th FEBRUARY 2018

National Mass Catering Chef Competition takes place for the sixth time in Hungary, and the final of the series will be held at Sirha Budapest for the first time. The competition will be organized on 9 February 2018. The chefs will prepare both modern and traditional food from predetermined range of food basket which contains only domestic raw materials. Start times are located at the bottom of the page.

During the entire exhibition, visitors can see NÉBIH's moving sensory laboratory and also they can take part in taste, color and fragrance tests.
