Omnivore Budapest

"Taste the world, to redifine your own taste" - József BERNÁTH

Omnivore Budapest was held for the first time in Hungary. The program was originally launched in France with the aim of providing a forum for „Young Cuisine” as a contemporary kitchen laboratory. Omnivore Budapest was waiting the professionals at METRO stand with an all-day masterclass series, while the country's most innovative chefs gave 45-minute-long lectures, presenting their own gastronomic viewpoint and technical solutions that can be used by the professional attandees during their work later.
