Omnivore Budapest

Omnivore Budapest will be held for the first time in Hungary. The program originally was launched in France with the aim of providing a forum for „Young Cuisine” as a contemporary kitchen laboratory. Omnivore Budapest is waiting for the professionals at METRO stand with an all-day masterclass series, while the country's most innovative chefs will give 45-minute-long lectures, presenting their own gastronomic viewpoint and technical solutions that can be used by the professional attandees during their work later.
